About

I'm Khairul Islam, a passionate academic and researcher in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), currently serving as a Lecturer at the Department of EEE, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). Since 2024, I've been engaged in teaching and cutting-edge research, blending theory and practice to contribute to both academia and industry. I completed my BSc in EEE from BUET in 2024, graduating with multiple academic and research accolades. I'm currently pursuing my MSc in the same department, where my research focuses on GaN-based power electronics, particularly high-frequency DC-DC converters, monolithic integration, RF devices, and spintronic memory technologies. I've been fortunate to receive competitive research funding and national-level awards for my work, including grants supporting innovation in power and memory systems.
